International orders use courier delivery and require a manual quote. The quote depends on the packed size, weight, destination, and carrier availability.

Delivery time
The estimate depends on destination, parcel size, and carrier service. Staff share the available estimate with the final quote.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, your tracking number will be provided to you via WhatsApp.
Customs and import charges
Destination-country duties, taxes, and clearance charges may apply. They are not included unless the written quote clearly says they are.
Damaged parcels
Keep all packaging and contact the shop promptly with clear parcel, label, and part photos so a carrier case can be reviewed.
Lost parcels
Contact the shop with the order reference and tracking number. Staff will check the shipment with the carrier and explain the available next step.
